On Sunday morning I was working in my garage as the sky darkened. With the first clap of thunder and lightning at 9:25 AM the electricity went off. I sat and watched the deluge until it ended 25 minutes later. My rain gage said 1.20 inches of rain. The drainage pipe put under the deck caught all the runoff from the deck and two roof downspouts and poured into the back yard. By then the water filtered down into the drainage system in my basement with some seepage through the walls. It performed perfectly. The sump pump pit filled up and water kept going through phase two of the drainage system and shot into the back yard. It worked perfectly and for the first time in 18 ½ years my basement did not have 1 drop of water in it. THANK YOU, very much. Now I can relax when it rains even if the electricity is off.

Fantastic job from GRS inc. - came highly referred by our roofer. Mark total pro came over in Sept and gave bid. He actually came back 2 more times to check out other concerns.
